Afif Danial is a technical Specialist working in Singapore. Almost all his life he has been big and wanted to loose weight. Afif has tried so hard to loose the pounds he gained. Everytime he lost 10kg he will regain all the weight back in just a short time. Until he fully understood the cause of his weight gain only then he is able to once and for all resolve his life-long issues.
“So I wanted to share my weight change from 110kg to 70kg now. To date I’ve lost a total of 40kg. I think it is only right for me to share and continue to help other people on this journey.
In general my lifestyle has changed to doing IF EF PF (OMAD). I would usually do 20 hours to 36 hours consistently. My diet is simple = dirty keto, lazy keto and healthy supplement. In terms of exercise I do aerobics70% HIIT 10%, I hit the gym10% and I play various sports10%.
Believe it or not I used to chase being skinny but that’s old story. Now, all I want is to be healthier outside and inside.
We must remember, just exercising without proper nutrition is like extinguishing a fire that is raging with oil. More and more inflammation in the body. Some people find it easy to lose weight by just exercising. I’ve always believed that there are no people like me: I jog, go run marathons but still not skinny. One day my neighbor made an unforgettable comment, “You jogging sakan but tak skinny skinny”, a friend at work said, “Bro, every day I go to the gym but I see the fatter you become!”
How do you answer these kinds of questions? Such deadly question. I felt ashamed. Partially angry. I felt like where do I put my face with those statements? Wasn’t I trying enough”? Later I realised the mistake in this entire “puzzle” is just one, fasting and nutrition must be correct. Eating too little and too much will cause your body stress. Exercising too much will also stress the body.
Anyway, it is hard to understand but easy to do. Do Intermittent Fasting and couple it with keto diet. If you can exercise in the morning, walk and slow jog is very best. Then…finally trust the process. Just trust the process.
