Ketomall Asia Reward Program FAQ's
The KMA Reward Program is a free-to-join loyalty program by KetoMall Asia.
The KMA Reward Program gives you access to an exclusive members’ area where you have access to a variety of resources made available by experts and certified coaches.
The KMA Reward Program also allows you to earn points for orders placed on www.ketomall.asia and for interacting with us! Points earned by you can then be used to purchase items available on www.ketomall.asia.
Signing up for the KMA Reward Program is easy! Simply become a member by creating an account on www.ketomall.asia and VOILA! You’re now enrolled into the KMA Reward Program! Once you have an account with us, you’ll be able to access the exclusive members’ area. You can also start earning the KMA Reward Points right away.
You earn points by spending on www.ketomall.asia or by completing designated interactions with us.
For points earned through spending, every RM1 spent entitles you to 1 point.
For points earned through interactions, please see our Terms and Conditions for the designated interactions that can award you points and the corresponding points awarded.
The KMA Reward Points redemption process is super simple! Once you have completed your shopping, simply go through the checkout process and choose to pay with your KMA Reward Points.
Please ensure that you do because once items have been checked out, we are not able to reverse the purchase.
Unfortunately, promotional items are not eligible for redemption of KMA Reward Points.
If you’ve just placed your order, you will see your points generate once your order is fulfilled by us. If your order is showing as fulfilled but you do not see your points, please contact us at hello@ketomall.asia or call us at +6017 625 6215
If your account has not been used for any purchase for one (1) calendar year or more from the date of your last purchase, your account will be rendered inactive. All KMA Reward Points in an inactive account are deemed to have expired.
That said though, we will endeavour to send you an email to remind you to use your KMA Reward Points before they expire.
