Cucur Udang Premix
1 packet Cucur Udang Premix
1 medium-sized egg
1 tbsp spring onion/red onion, chopped
1/4 cup green cabbage, shredded
3/4 cup hot water
1. Mix everything except hot water.
2. Add in water and mix well.
3. Mould into 16 balls with wet hands (flatten if you want it crispy)
4. Heat a thin layer of oil in pan.
5. Fry until golden brown on both sides
6. Serve hot.
