INGREDIENTS
1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste
0.5 teaspoons of dried oregano
2 oz. (60g) shredded cheese
1 oz. (30g) pepperoni
Olives .
For the Crust:
2 eggs
3 oz. (90g) shredded cheese preferably mozarella
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
2. To prepare the crust, beat the eggs and add the shredded cheeses. Spread the egg and cheeses batter on a lined baking tray. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let the pizza crust cool down.
3. Increase the oven temperature to 225°C
4. Spread the tomato paste on the cooled down crust. Top with cheese, pepperoni and olive slices. Sprinkle with oregano on top.
5. Bake for another 10-15 minutes and then you are done
